The forecast high for Friday (tomorrow) is around 100. I said in the ride description that I would sweep the long route unless it is hot. Although 100 degrees sounds hot, it looks like it will only be 62 at the ride start and 84 at noon. So I think it won’t be too bad. Unfortunately, there are some significant climbs up Alexandria Dr. and E. Roseville Pkwy after the rest stop, so I may change my mind at the rest stop if it heats up faster than forecasted. In any case, it’s a good idea to have someone to ride with if you plan to do the short route since I may not be sweeping it. The short and long are the same until after the rest stop at mile 18.5.
