COFFEE AT COTTAGE MART<br />Join me at Five Points Shopping Center, Carmichael, 9:00 AM Wednesday, December 22 for this grade E/F 20 road bike ride with a few twists and turns, gravel spots in some of the 5 alley's, neighborhood streets, bike trails, crosswalks, sidewalks and a homeless village. Route sheets will be provided and I will sweep but if you want to relax and follow then you may want to keep an eye on me. I would like our riding speed to be 8-15 MPH.<br />I have explored this route with my road bikes that range from 25 to 32c tires and have been comfortable going into the alley's BUT that is me with my bike handling skills I have acquired over the past 50 years. "Skills" may not be the proper word to use. Please think about what bike you want to pick for this ride.For sure I feel you will have minimal issues if you picked a touring bike with wide tires, gravel bike, cross bike or mountain bike.<br />Now that I have scared most of you off I hope that those of you that do join me will have a great adventure riding in areas you may not have believed existed.<br />Larry Robinson, pinkdoglarry@gmail.com 916-213-1799
