Events - Event View

In the morning we transfer by van from Stramberk, across the border to Poland to start today's ride. After some initial climbs, the small roads gently meander as we leave mountain views behind. We reach Skoczow where we continue along the Wisla river. From there we bike through a land of lakes crowned by the mighty Goczalkowicke dam to the historic town of Pszyna for some time to explore. There's a nice chateau w/a regional museum, or the Zubr (European buffalo) nature park. We will conclude our day in the historical town of Oswiecim (Auschwitz). Group dinner included.
