This is a reminder that the Bakery to Brewery ride in Winters tomorrow starts at 10 am. The start location is in the northwest corner of the parking lot next to Steady Eddy’s near Railroad Ave. and Abbey St. It looks like it will be another great spring day for riding with the temp at the start around 70F and getting up above 80F by 2 pm. Cantelow Rd. is still closed due to road construction about 0.4 mile west of Steiger Hill Rd., so the long route is in the reverse direction (counter clockwise). This way you can still climb most of Cantelow Rd., but from the back side (west side). I am keeping the short route in the clockwise direction so that you do most of the climbing on that route before the rest stop. Because the directions of the two routes are not the same, you need to decide which route you’re doing before leaving Winters because they split just after you cross the bridge going out of town.
