These forums are to be used by Sacramento Bike Hiker members to post and discuss cycling related matters. Access is limited to Sacramento Bike Hiker Members. The forum is moderated and inappropriate messages will be removed.

The following are the rules, conditions and other announcements that apply to every Sacramento Bike Hiker Forum:

• Posts are to be written with an inclusive and respectful tone. Avoid pejorative labeling, passing character judgments, assuming negative intent, or over-generalizations.
• Political posts are limited to objective facts and relevant information related to cycling or the club’s interests. When promoting a perspective on a legislative bill or program, refrain from generalizing and try to reduce controversy. Indicate what is a fact and what is an opinion.
• Avoid defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, or offensive language.
• Posting copyrighted material without permission is illegal and not permitted.
• Self-serving commercial advertising for products or services is not allowed.
