Events - Event View

We had so much fun doing our favorite hills last week (Beatty, Francisco, Costco, Wilson) we thought we would do a repeat. Coffee stop will be Bella Bru EDH.<br /><br />For advanced riders. Grade B. Ready for a different riding adventure? Come join us on a fast paced, no cue sheet ride. There is no set route or destination. The group will determine the coffee stop and general direction at the beginning of the ride. The ride will be anywhere from 45 to 65 miles and can be flat or up to 3,000 ft of elevation. The coffee break is typically not until 30 miles or so into the ride. The ride will not be swept, however we do re-group as necessary. If one rider stops we all stop. Riders will be expected to be able to maintain a 15-17 mph pace over the course of the ride. This means on the flat the pace will be anywhere from 19 to 22 mph. While we welcome all riders, unless you are able to keep up with the pace and distance, this is probably not the right ride for you. It is, however a great opportunity to improve your riding or training for an event.
