It's Picnic Time Again!
Mark your calendars for Saturday July 8th for our annual picnic. It's a ride, it's food, it's drink, it's a jersey exchange, AND it's a time to select our 2024 Party Pardee jersey design. Come out and enjoy new members and connect with long time members.
- The ride start, and sign-in and out is from William Pond Park at 9:00am with your leader Kathy Wright.
- Parking your car is $5.00 inside William Pond or park at Five Points in the back of the plaza and ride in. It's a weekend so please don't park in front.
- Routes are from 10 to 38 miles so there is an option for everyone.
- Display your club pride by wearing a Bike Hiker jersey if you have one.
- Four new beautiful jersey designs for Party Pardee 2024 will be on display and you will be asked to vote for your favorite. Brought to you by Vivienne Nicol and Amanda Pain.
- The jersey swap begins at 10:30 AM and is a great opportunity to acquire some cool cycling wear and let go of what you no longer need. Barbara Lane and her team are hoping for lots of ice cream cash again this year.
- The picnic begins at 11:00 AM. Phyllis Billings and her small army have put together a menu including vegetarian and gluten free options along with the usual delicious picnic fare. Water and sodas will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own beer and wine.
- Seating is limited so consider bringing chairs or blankets.
- Make sure to bring your significant other even if they are not a member.
- The event is free-of-charge and no RSVP is needed. Just show up and have a blast!
