OK, none of this riding my age in miles, maybe kilometers. This is really my Wild Chicken ride in disguise with a rest stop at the Starbucks in downtown Loomis off of Horseshoe Bar Rd. There are three routes with grades of D33/C-37/C41 and total climbing of 1,100, 1,450 and 1,700 ft, respectively. Since the longest route is closest to my age in kilometers, I will probably sweep that route, but no guarantees. As the name of the ride says - it’s my birthday and I’ll ride if I want to. ;-)

Join me for an enjoyable day of cycling in Sonoma County for a beautiful springtime century, hosted by the Santa Rosa Cycling Club.

As the club notes:

"This ride passes by many of the region’s premier vineyards and wineries. You’ll ride through redwoods and apple orchards, shady broad-leaf forest and wildflowers and you’ll climb over hillsides dotted with eucalyptus, bay and oak trees."

For more information and registration click on the Wine Country Century link below.

Hopefully, the sign-in sheet will be available in the morning check-in area. If you are unable to find it, please email the information about your ride to me.

This is a "Benefit Ride" eligible for SBH mileage credit. Club members are encouraged to wear SBH apparel.
